IPS fulfillment services is highly flexible and responsive to various channels requirements, whether B2B or B2C.  Supported by our strong IT infrastructure, we are able to provide a board ranges of services ranging from product upgrade, product exchange, product registration, product cross-sell or up-sell.  

Customers can reach us by mail, e-mail, fax, phone, or through a customized e-Commerce website designed and implemented by IPS. Once the orders are logged in, we will takecare of the backend process starting from product configuration, linking up with the logistics service provider, to ensuring the final delivery of the product. All relevant data will be captured via our fulfillment engine and our customers can logged into our system to view order status and review KPI performances.
